Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with the organization's business objectives and growth plans.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to drive performance and achieve recruiting goals.
- Recruitment Process Optimization: Continuously review and improve the recruitment process to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand staffing requirements, develop job profiles, and define recruitment strategies for each role.
- Candidate Sourcing and Engagement: Oversee the sourcing, screening, and selection of candidates using a variety of channels and techniques, including online sourcing, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing.
- Employer Branding: Develop and promote the employer brand to attract top talent and differentiate the organization as an employer of choice in the IT industry.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, vendors, and partners to supplement internal recruitment efforts and ensure a diverse talent pipeline.
