Talent Acquisition Head - FMCG

- Opportunity for a TA Head role with a leading global FMCG brand based in Ahmedabad.

- Responsible for managing Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and Campus Initiatives for the group.

- Responsible for Talent Attraction and Employer Branding.

- Assess current and future staffing needs as per the business strategy and develop / oversee implementation of appropriate talent acquisition strategies / plans.

- Responsible for Improving the quality of hires by placing right candidate assessment tools / techniques in place.

- Responsible for Campus Hiring Strategy for Engineering and Management B/E-Schools.
