- Digital HR Transformation: Develop HR technology strategy, drive technology selection and implementation and enable process optimization and improvements
- To partner with the leadership to understand business environment and work priorities to develop and execute innovative solutions
- Keep up to date with the latest trends in recruiting practices, the competitive landscape, market drivers, constantly educating and sharing this knowledge with others.
- Understand the talent profiles for the organization and develop a robust recruitment marketing .
- Build talent pipelines with talent acquisition recruiters to ensure a suitable mix of channels (social media, recruiting events, partnerships) are available to attract the best talent.
- Develop communication campaigns to support the talent recruiting strategy and drive candidate attraction and engagement through social media, events, and other channels.
- Scoping, building, and managing TA related programs around enhancing candidate experiences, diversity & inclusion, referral programs etc
- Drive innovative and creative talent strategies/initiatives to identify and hire diverse talent.
