Talent Acquisition Coordinator Bangalore/
Key Job Responsibilities :
- Support the full life cycle of recruitment through hiring to include planning, coordination, execution of virtual and in-person recruiting events, on-boarding, engagement, and off-boarding activities
- Coordinate background checks, monthly reporting of all hires
- Source for experienced candidates to support recruiting team
- Partner with recruiters to schedule a high volume of virtual/on-site interviews for various departments across multiple locations both regionally and globally
- Apply an analytical approach to the role - leverage data and trends to inform recruiting decisions and strategic tactics
- Administer our Glassdoor and other social media sites
Basic Qualifications :
- 3+ year of experience in Talent Acquisition supporting experienced and/or campus hiring or equivalent internships
- Bachelor's/ Master's degree/ diploma in Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent
Skills/Knowledge Preferred :
- Attitude of hospitality
- Excellent organization skills - this role will be working on multiple projects
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Applicant Tracking System experience is a plus
- Experience working with Workday is a plus
