Would like to share a position of Talent Acquisition and Engagement Lead with you for one of the MNC into Automation.  Position Description:   Position Title: Talent Acquisition and Engagement Lead	  Position Reports to: Corporate HR Manager  Direct Reports: 3  Location: Noida, India  Position Summary:				  Responsible to lead Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Employee Engagement & Communication  Essential Functions:  Talent Acquisition & On-boarding:  - Manage the entire life cycle of recruitment - sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers and onboarding- for Full Time and Contractual Employees for all the levels.  - Ensure enforcement of the company’s staffing process and policies and adherence to the SLAs as well as other compliances (like onboarding, background verification, medical check)   - Prepare and disseminate staffing reports and metrics as required  - Oversee day to day recruitment and on-boarding operations through a team of recruiters  - Interact with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to understand business requirements and provide effective solutions   - Help evolve/ enhance recruitment processes and policies for the country  - Help drive Social Media Recruiting and Employee referral program  - Improve attractiveness as an Employer through creating visibility and providing superior candidate experience  - Service provider management including identifying and managing vendors, continual evaluation and renewal of the service contracts. Developing sourcing channels including Campus, Portals, ERP, Partners  Reward & Recognition:  - Drive a strong performance culture through strengthening the Reward & Recognition program  - Design and cascade the framework of the Reward & Recognition program   - Implement and Manage the Reward & Recognition Program for India rewards from nomination to selection process to award elements processing to celebration and announcement. Ensure process adherence.  - Manage the nomination process at country level for regional and global awards  Employee Engagement & Communication:  - Create multi-level engagement and communication platforms to build strong employee-organization connect  - Drive Employee Engagement Survey participation, prepare the process and the detailed analysis report of the outcomes, share results with the stakeholders and create improvement action plans.   - Monitor the progress of the action plans and through ongoing engagement and reviews  - Plan various initiatives for employee engagement and roll out yearly engagement Calendar  - Conceive and deploy RA India’s CSR program  - Organize Quarterly Updates, Town-halls at a country level  - Provide data and inputs for AP Quarterly Update  Desired Skills & Competencies:  - Ability to think strategically with excellent execution skills  - Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple locations  - Program/Project Management skills  - Result Orientation  - Effective Collaboration skills  - Strong interpersonal and communication skills  - Decisive and courageous  - Ability to build and manage teams  - Ability to understand business and its key levers  - Analytical skills; proficient on Excel and PowerPoint  Education:  - Preferably MBA in HR or equivalent.   Experience:  - 6-8 yrs of TA and Employee Engagement experience, from Engg centers, IT service, ITES (Tech support/IT support).   - Exposure to Talent Acquisition in demanding and high growth environs. Experience in managing a team of recruiters.   - Should have strong passion for Talent Acquisition & Engagement.
