POSITION - HR Talent Acquisition analyst

LOCATION :- Mumbai ( South Mumbai )

REPORTING TO : AVP TA ( Head )

LEVEL : Mgr

CTC : 10lac to 14lac ( depending upon current package, experience, education, interview status )

JOB DESCRIPTION:-

1.Supervise Talent acquisition within the Business HR framework.

2.Maintaining relationship with the - Centralised sourcing team- for continuous flow of CVS for positions that are open.

3.Taking preliminary interviews of candidates.

4.Maintain relationship with line managers to conduct final rounds of interviews.

5.All coordination till onboarding with various departments.

6.Maintaining hiring database excel. ( IMPORTANT )

7.Doing an analysis of hiring and submitting a report on the same. ( IMPORTANT )

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS :

- Hr professionals with Talent Acquisition / recruitment exposure in ANY INDUSTRY. Exposure in handling database excel / Excel & statistical analysis is mandatory. Analytics exposure will have an advantage.

- Statistics educational background preferred.
