A few things you may be involved in with us are as follows: - Consultant needs to closely with APAC functional heads and affiliates to develop and execute strategic priorities - Provide insights and directions to key affiliates in identifying strategic imperatives to deliver in-year sale - Support affiliates and regional leaderships in complex analyses and provide perspective on the potential impact of external market signals that could impact future business performance - Support regional functional leads in driving large scale regional transformational initiatives - Provide support in preparing ad-hoc presentations for global reviews and conferences Communicate changes/ updates to the leadership team (CEO, CXO, CFO) of the project and deliver the desired output in conformance with the client expectation - Active involvement in projects from initiation to delivery of complex analyses, metrics and sustained engagement at all levels of the organization - Deliver insights to our leaders that drive decision-making on the critical initiatives. Develop complete and well, thought out execution plans that incorporate sound contingency and risk assessments to facilitate decision making and drive timely execution. Sample initiatives in the engagement 1. Portfolio optimization - Scan the market, competition and regulatory trends and provide recommendations on resource allocation on key brands/ therapeutic areas 2. Growth acceleration initiatives - Work with the APAC functional leaders to define the playbook for new businesses (e.g. Consumer Health) - Design processes and framework for innovation/ L&A deals to strengthen product pipeline - Support in preparing business case for the new investments 3. Efficiency initiatives - Analyze current process, structure, systems and talents for key processes and provide improvement opportunities based on industry best practices Desired Skillset and Experience - MBA from a top institution (IIMs/XLRIs/XIMBs/IITs) with a strong academic background - 4-7 years of Management Consulting, Strategy, or Industry Experience - Working Experience with Pharma Client is Mandatory - Demonstrated ability in developing and implementing new strategies and procedures - Analytically oriented and resourceful individual with ability to solve problems in an ambiguous environment - Strong presentation skills both spoken and written are a must. - Ability to handle people at different levels of the hierarchy - Exposure to Windows Office and proficiency with MS Excel and MS Power Point is a must.
