Besides being part of client engagements, hired candidates will be expected to participate in organization building including business development and policy & systems creation for takshashila, exposure you will not receive at any other firm so early in your tenure.   Job description :   Hiring management :   - Carry out end-to-end recruitment related plans effectively, in collaboration with the respective hiring managers.   - Facilitates the induction to new hires are carried out effectively and they are handed over relevant reference materials.   - Lead the exit process, carry out campus selection procedure whenever required.   HR Operations :   - Act as a focal point for all HR functions for the teams and provide appropriate advise.   - Frequent field visits to program areas for better interface with the officials to build an amiable hr climate across all offices.   - Provide monthly reporting through hr dash board, and provide the data driven analytics, and timely update and completion of compliances.   - To work on any other assignment as and when required.   - Develops and maintain a human resources system that meets management information needs.  - Administers benefits programs such as insurance, pension plans, leave of absence, and employee assistance.  - Operations and leave management, cost optimization with relation to admin, travel, and accommodation related activities.  Desired Candidate :   - Ability to support staff from a distance   - Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal in english and local language desirable   - Excellent team player with a commitment to team building. Motivates and supports team members as and when required.   - Liasoning and representation skills   - Problem solving, decision making and delegation skills   - Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting priorities   - Graduate from a top Management institution or have a Masters degree from a top institution with a strong academic background.   - Analytically oriented and resourceful individual with ability to solve problems in an ambiguous environment. Willingness to learn and stretch in accomplishing the desired output.   - Strong communication skills both spoken and written are a must.
