Management Consultant - Process Reengineering - Banking Domain (Lean Six Sigma - Black Belt)

Job Description :

A glimpse into what you might be required to do in our engagement :

- Proactively gather the right data from appropriate sources, probe/consider all of the facts, consider other perspectives; conduct root cause analysis; refer to long term plans and goals; prioritize key factors; act decisively, promptly and confidently

- Undertake research work into the industry, markets and competitors. Be an integral part of the research and analytics to understand the issue in hand

- Identify system and process improvement opportunities which will positively impact the client

- Process/Project Management; Understands specific processes and principles to initiate, plan, execute and manage the way that new initiatives or changes are implemented within an organization with guardrails of Time, Cost, Scope & Quality of the output.

- Redefining design processes to solution dynamic business needs, operational challenges, process excellence and building strategic competitive advantage.

- Processes transformations to bring in step-level improvements around Key metrics (NPS, Cost, Scale, GMV,GP etc...)

Must Have Skills and Experience :

- Graduate from a Management Institution or have a Master's degree from a top institution with a strong academic background

- Exposure to business process re-engineering, Lean Six Sigma is a must

- Must have a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification

- 7 to 10 years of relevant working experience in Banking domain with fair understanding of Banking ecosystem (systems and processes)

- Willingness to learn and stretch in accomplishing the desired output

- Strong presentation skills both spoken and written are a must

- Exposure to Windows Office and proficiency with MS Excel and MS Power Point is a must
