Job Description: The Lead Business Analyst will facilitate a large scale compliance transformation for a prominent banking client based in the UAE and lead their Wealth Transformation. This will involve guiding the client in the journey to build their transformational roadmap as they decommission their existing Advent core processing platform and shift to a new one. - Responsible for leading the business team in gathering requirements and choosing the best way to implement requirements. - Ensure that the requirements management and facilitation best practices are adhered to include management of artifacts through traceability, version control and change control. - Document business rules and assist with work type structure from the perspective of the business needs - Design and configure rules and flows and assist with the draft user interface and draft process flow development - Effectively communicate with internal teams and clients to deliver user interface requirements like Graphical - User Interfaces, Screen, and Interface mock-ups Key Qualifications - - 4-8 years of experience leading, designing and delivering enterprise application solutions and driving Digital transformation across banking - Minimum 2-3 years of which should be Wealth Transformation projects for banking and Financial services clients - Strong understanding of Core Wealth Management processing systems - Product and process knowledge of Wealth products, - Business Change Management, Functional Architecture Design & Project Financials, KPIs & Reporting - Architecture Knowledge & Testing.
