Responsibilities:

- Analysis of complex datasets using Python to identify trends, patterns, insights and formulate recommendations.

- Planning and execution of data analytics strategies to align it with organizational goals and objectives.

- Active involvement in projects from initiation to delivery of complex analyses, metrics, and sustained engagement at all levels of the organization

- Manage the design and creation of interactive dashboards using Power BI and other analytical tools to visualize key performance metrics and trends.

- Demonstrate expert proficiency in programming languages such as Python for data manipulation and analysis. Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases.

Desired Skillset and Experience:

- Undergrad + MBA (passing out year must be 2024)

- Work experience of more than 1 year in the Analytics/consulting domain is a must

- More than 1 Year of experience in Power BI, Python, SQL and Excel is a must

- Strong communication skills both spoken and written are a must

- Ability to handle people at different levels of the hierarchy

- Ability to solve business problems in an ambiguous environment
