It is a 6-month leadership program for experienced, high-performing young leaders which involves challenging functional assignments on a rotational basis where you can enhance and develop high degree of business context.   Roles and Responsibilities  - Be the catalyst for transformation by collaborating with stakeholders to evangelize changes to systems and processes through critical thinking, hypothesis driven problem solving, identifying bottlenecks and issues   - Deliver insights to our leaders that drive decision-making, execution for most critical initiatives  - Work with management and cross-functional partners to identify performance gaps, prioritize opportunities and develop and execute process improvement plans, in order to develop and implement innovative business solutions  - Drive a high-profile, high-impact team working on a range of critical projects and issues relating to growth strategies  - Perform the role of super project management office to take end-to-end ownership of existing projects management offices  - Research and analyze industry best practices and incorporate them in the existing policies and processes   Desired skillset  - Excellence and One Team mindset: Highly motivated with the ability to focus on details as well as the big picture.
