Besides being part of client engagements, hired candidates will be expected to participate in organization building including Business Development and policy & systems creation for Takshashila, exposure you will not receive at any other firm so early in your tenure.   We would like to hire a construction manager for a state of the art building construction, who will be responsible for all aspects of construction of the building including facility construction, flooring, equipment installation, interior design, etc. He should have hands on experience of project management and be able to manage a large team of vendors, contractors, in-house engineers so as to execute and expedite progress on the ground and ensure entire completion of work. He should have a mindset to be able to track down detailed issues and resolve problems.   Job Desciption:  - Develops the project development methodology including frameworks for project plans, budgets and resource allocation   - Implements project management policies to ensure effective and timely completion of projects with adherence to quality standards  - Manage external/ internal interfaces with leadership / other functions. Developing coordination mechanism with various internal stakeholders like Finance, Planning, consultants, architects, interior design teams, etc. Develops a construction partner acquisition strategy and builds enduring relationships with all partners  - Ensures adherence to cost, quality and time parameters for all projects to ensure timely communication of information from the field to the management on issues of cost, quality, schedule and safety  - Monitors project budgets, resource requirements to ensure implementation of compliance monitoring standards for the project sites   - Ensures compliance with all local, state, and central statutory requirements.  - Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company construction standards, processes, and procedures.  Experience/Minimum Requirements:  - B Tech/ BE(Civil) / MBA from premier institutes.  - Minimum 3-10 years of infrastructure/ construction experience  - Ability to manage project budget and cost.  - Exposure to project planning, scheduling and execution  - Define project metrics and tracking mechanism.  - Process compliance  - Exposure to Construction projects at multiple locations
