Besides being part of client engagements, hired candidates will be expected to participate in organization building including Business Development and policy & systems creation for Takshashila, exposure you will not receive at any other firm so early in your tenure.   Responsibilities :  - Communicate and contact the stakeholders of the project and deliver the desired output in conformance with the client expectation.   - Interview subject matter experts and collect required information for content generation.  - Develop and write regular newsletters to stakeholders.  - Develop and maintain case studies, including liaison with the practice teams for preparing them.   - Prepare reports about analysis, learning's and internal projects.  - Research and write technically accurate content pieces including; articles, blogs, case studies, press releases and other editorial content etc.   Desired Candidate:  - Should be a graduate in mass communication or English from a premier institute (IIMC, LSR or equivalent) with a strong academic background and 1 Year of experience in technical writing or web copy writing  - Strong communication skills both spoken and written are a must.  - Exposure to Windows Office and proficiency with MS Excel and MS Power point is a must.   - Should be a creative thinker and should possess the ability to think-out-of-the-box.  - Needs to be a vivid writer and put ideas, concepts in a simple frame of phrase.   - Should have impeccable grammar, punctuation and command over the language.   - Should have flair to understand the contents or products or process of a company, and present a lucid content of the same for web content.  Takshashila is an equal opportunity employer and operates as a pure meritocracy.
