Senior Manager- Integrated Solutions
- Tailwind is looking for an Integrated Solutions Senior Manager who is dynamic, enthusiastic and keen- eyed to go beyond the obvious, deliver high budget ad campaigns, draw complex insights and provide actionables to the team and the client.
- To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in end-to-end project management.
- Our ideal candidate should have some technical background with a Business Administration or Marketing degree.
Responsibilities:
- Implementing and monitoring the digital advertising and outreach campaigns effectively, in coordination with different stakeholders
- Facilitating collection, harmonisation and warehousing of campaign performance data from various sources and stakeholders, and organisation of data into insightful dashboards
- Coordinating with various stakeholders and web development team to build high- converting landing pages and comprehensive campaign websites, taking complete ownership from conceptualisation to production
- Performing quality assurance controls on the end-user deliverables / products
- Build and maintain databases following the best practices to ensure the data availability and visibility for stakeholders at all times.
- Analysing data from ad campaigns, website traffic and secondary sources to identify trends, insights and opportunities to optimize campaign performance
- Providing inputs and expertise to drive efficacy of marketing activities, starting from media planning to content development and finalizing ad targeting
- Work with other departments to ensure goal and strategy alignment.
- Managing the team by recruiting, orienting, and training team members
- Creating and maintaining relationships with clients, advertising partners and publishers

- A self-starter mentality, a strong sense of ownership, and an appetite for learning
Educational Qualifications and Work Experience:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, statistics, marketing or a related field from a leading education institution
- Relevant experience of 3-5 years gained in either a product/growth/brand management focused role in a consumer-facing organisation or a full-service agency
