We are looking for a young, talented Engineering cum MBA graduate to come aboard the core team of one of India's fastest growing multi-channel retail companies with a contrarian approach. We need an individual who is creative, looks beyond the numbers, and can implement the strategies. This company has distinguished itself from the regular e-commerce herd by creating a unique business model that goes over and beyond the internet (www.tailorman.com) to reach urban and semi-urban customers through Guide Stores and Travelling Tailor Service. The Company was founded by Asias’s largest exporter of suits and jackets and an internet entrepreneur who founded India’s leading online jewellery store.

Role: AVP operations

1. Be part of the senior management team that steers the business.

2. Collaborate with manufacturing and technology team to design and implement strong processes such as quality assurance.

3. Focus on rapid roll out of new stores pan India including identification of new store locations.

Who are we looking for?

- IIT/Tier-1 Engineering School and MBA Graduate from a Tier-I B-school

- 1-3 years of experience in Operations/Retail & Business Process Implementation

- Strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, meticulous approach towards designing solutions

- Candidates should have intrapreneurial qualities and have the ability to lead, take initiative and have a passion for growing a business by aggressively pursuing opportunities.

- Candidates should be flexible cross-functional managers, comfortable with a fast-paced, often ambiguous, start-up environment and open to travel.

- Experience in Ecommerce would be a plus
