The individual will be working closely with the CEO to help doing strategic and operational analysis of the business. Activities would include doing market assessments for potential new markets for the business to project profitability and staff utilization to help improve operations. This is an opportunity for a young entrepreneurial executive to quickly learn the ropes of running a business by working closely with the senior management of the business, understanding how key decisions are made and gain a deep insight into the running of a business by analysing operations at various departments. It is important to note that this is NOT a PA role: the CEO has a dedicated PA who takes care of diaries, bookings etc. This role sits in the hub of the business and is analytical and strategic in nature.
