Tagit - Business Analyst - Corporate Banking Domain

This opportunity is for an experienced business analyst with digital corporate banking knowledge to work with a seasoned product management and development team to continue to grow Tagit's Digital Corporate Banking product. This role is instrumental to the continued development and implementation of the product by working with key internal stakeholders and clients.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and/or support client facing sessions to showcase the digital corporate banking product

- Lead and/or support the Delivery teams during project initiation and workshop activities

- Lead requirements elicitation and User Story documentation.

- Support the technical documentation team in production of product documentation

- Execute configurations in alignment with the documentation and contracted scope/budget.

- Designing, developing, and maintaining Workflow solutions in Decisions, primarily

- Create a backlog of Stories, by project, for review and collaboration with the Scrum Master.

- Perform application configuration and evaluation to ensure product quality and consistency.

- Validate all customization work and provide Customer-facing demonstrations.

- Prepare and analyze data conversion requirements; identify data gaps.

- Collaborate with data architects for data migration activities.

- Complete required project documentation (configuration documentation, User Stories, functional designs, deployment checklists, support documentation, etc.).

- Directly and effectively train customers' personnel in the use of the system.

- Clearly and effectively communicate with the Scrum team and with customers regarding status, technical issues, enhancements, and creative solutions.

- Experience in Wireframe tools.

- A working understanding of key digital technologies such as IOS, Android, Angular, Databases, Web Servers is an added advantage.

- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills

- Manage client workshops and demo sessions of the product with clients

Desired Experience:

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the digital corporate banking domain with at least 3-4 projects/products lifecycle experiences

- Excellent analysis/communication/documentation/listening/presentation skills

- Deep knowledge of Banking domain especially Corporate / Business Banking, utilizing digital channels

- Knowledge in the Corporate Banking domain as a Business Analyst

Working knowledge of a bank's core back-end systems, such as core banking, payments, cards and digital solutions

- A working knowledge of programming technologies is desired to aid in the communications with development teams, but this is not a programming or technical position

- Experienced in Agile Development Processes.

- Has previous experience and knowledge of digital technologies, i.e. Mobile banking, Internet banking
