Role Overview:

- The Digital Studio Manager is responsible for the overall production planning and execution of integrated advertising projects such as web banners, mobile banners, HTML Emails, Responsive templates, website design, eDetails and social videos

- The further requirements will involve in complete understanding of the Digital ecosystem and the dynamics involved with it.

- Responsible for defining features and functionality of projects.

- Partners with Account, Creative, Digital production Team and Technical leads to manage strategy, production, schedule, budget, tagging and quality assurance.

- Leads and coordinates efforts of the entire development team and can act in an important interface role with the production team on project issues.

- Further He /She will be Responsible for operational issues on a day-to-day level as well as long-term deliverables for the accounts managed.

Pharma Specific Roles:

- Pharma IT specific exposure will be an added advantage.

Skills Required:

Key responsibilities:

- Past experience in creative and/or technical management of interactive projects, and experience in developing interactive solutions is required.

- Ideal candidate will exhibit strong communication and writing skills, client service skills, team and production management skills, and a strong understanding of digital technologies.

- Past experience in Ad-production and traffic will be an added advantage,

- As the digital Manager will need to work on many integrated projects.

Personal competencies:

- Prior interactive/digital agency experience required

- Experience with display advertising/banner production, site builds, mobile, rich media vendor platforms, Video for social media channels, eDetail (will be an added advantage)

- Project management oversight from start to completion

- Interpersonal skills, Organizational, communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to multi-task

- Ability to see/manage the big picture

- Ability to define and enforce process, yet adapt to changing requirements, timelines and priorities

- Ability to work independently

- Strong web/tech knowledge and understanding of Dreamweaver, HTML, HTML5 Flash, Adobe Photoshop, interface design, and social media

- Computer skills, specifically Microsoft Project and Excel; proficient on both Mac and PC

- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, HTML/CSS, Responsive Templates, Mobile Advertising, JavaScript

- Understanding of e-learning solutions / platforms & Digital Asset Management will be an added advantage.

- Understanding of media process and digital trafficking (i.e. DART, Right Media, Mediamind, SFDC)

- Basic knowledge of video production and video formats for web

Additional Job Description:

- Flexible to work in US hours

- Pharma Specific: Prior pharma IT experience managing eDetails and emailers with exposure to CLM (Veeva, MI others) will be an added advantage
