Responsibilities

Grow the business leading cross-functional teams across business development, operations, product, engineering, marketing and assessment design

Build business cases, growth strategies and go-to-market plans

Take full P&L responsibility and achieve top line and bottom line growth sustainably

Manage rhythm of business, track and monitor key performance indicators

Develop and grow the skill assessment and corporate talent assessment market in India and internationally

Build and manage strategic partnerships

Expected Profile

7-12 years of experience in a business leadership role in the Technology industry

Experience handling Business Development and P&L responsibilities

Experience working with Product Management and Engineering teams

Demonstrates a successful track record of growing new ventures: either a new vertical in an established technology company or a digital start-up

Executive presence and ability to present to CXOs and manage international relationships

Excellent communication and presentation skills

MBA from a leading Indian or a prestigious international university with a Bachelors degree in Computer Science/IT
