Job Description : As a Business/Client Interface consultant, the role holder would be responsible for interfacing with the Business functions eg. Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing teams and creating/preparing IT projects enabling Business Strategies. They would majorly be responsible for : - Understand the business processes, analyze for the current state and perceived future state (As Is and To Be). - Enable / Facilitate change management / (IT) strategic projects with functions. - Translating and simplifying requirements while keeping the user and the business needs in mind. - Business case development and documentation. - Program Manage multiple projects to synergize with the IT strategy. The expectations of the candidate would be as follows : - 7 - 10 years of experience as a Business Consultant ideally with Domain experience of Sales &amp; Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing. - The ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis for a solution proposed - Experience in Business case development - Experience in Modelling techniques and methods - Excellent communication / inter personal skills
