Role holder would be responsible for analysis of product performance & execute brand marketing activities like content creation, marketing campaign.
1. Responsible to monthly/yearly volume targets for given product portfolio.
2. Regular analysis of product performance PAN India-wise, and identify opportunity for growth via new application and expansion potential areas.
3. Ability to work in cross-functional teams like sales, market development, dealer development, Service, Parts, PMG and Sales planning while implementing Go-To-Market activities for new products/variants.
4. Coordinate with states team and participate in marketing activities such as Exhibitions, Product Launch, DSP Meet and Conference.
5. Work closely with for content development for Marketing campaign, AV and Digital marketing platforms.
6. Educate & Motivate TAFE & DSP team about the opportunities in given product family and how it will help them increasing the overall volume and help the achieve sales volume.
Candidate Specifications
1. 4-6 years experience in sales & marketing in auto or tractor industry.
2. Sales orientation with marketing approach
3. Good analytical and problem-solving skills and adept in MS Office tools (MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint) to work on report, presentation and analytics.
4. Willingness to travel at-least 10 of days every month across India.
5. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Hindi will help.
