Role holder will be responsible for Driving sustainable growth and a culture of execution excellence in the Sales & Distribution Operations. He/ She should be good at skills like Influencing, driving results and Data Analysis & Interpretation.
KRA's
- Define regional sales strategies working along with the regional resources, considering all the levers for Sales growth.
- Highlight the potential opportunities, gaps etc. and develop regional, dealer specific action plans along with Sales & Distribution regional team members.
- To monitor and track the action plan implementation and facilitate the progress and on time delivery.
- Engage dealers and keep pulse of market and product feedback etc.
- Continuous focus on generating on-ground insights and refining implementation.
Qualification / Experience profile:
- Any graduate with MBA
- Creative and a critical thinker with strong interpersonal, influencing & coordination skills
- Tech savvy with good data analysis and interpretation skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel and
- 4-8 years of experience across Manufacturing / Auto / Service industry will be preferred.
