Tactica - Java Architect

Java Architect - Opportunity with Fortune 500 Product Company - Hyderabad Location

1. Bachelor- s or Master- s degree in Computer Science, Information systems Engineering or any related field with 9 to 15 years of hands on experience in Java/J2EE technologies using JSP's, Servlets, Javascript, Ajax, JSF, J2EE, JMS Messaging, POJO, JQuery and Java stack technologies. People from Premium Institutes (or) Product Companies will be preferred.

2. Candidate should be working in the role of an Application/System Architect having hands on experience in developing prototypes, POC- s. He should be able to design solutions in different technologies and suggest the appropriate solution to address the scalability, resuability without comprimising on the security aspects of the solution.

3. Should have working knowledge in RDBMS Concepts, able to debug medium to complex queries.

4. Should have good working experience in STRUTS, Spring, Hibernate

5. Should have good working experience in designing SOA,SaaS based architectures.

6. Should have good exposure and comprehension in designing solutions using Message Oriented Middleware, ETL work flow systems.

7. Should have working knowledge with atleast one application server, preferably in WebSphere Application Server

8. Should be able to demonstrate expertise in understanding the systems and their domains, system interactions and design and architect components based solutions.

9. Develop technical standards useful for the products within in organization. Review and improve the existing processes using ITIL frameworks. Participate in techinical reviews and document the best practices.

10. Be able to demonstrate and comprehend software processes. Exposure to Agile methodologies, TOGAF 9.x Certified Professionals are preferred.

11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Very good in articulating the thoughts and presenting them to the business teams.

12. Should be self driven and goal oriented professional.

Additional expectations expected from the candidates:

Who is hands on. Who is comfortable with coding as well. They may not work as a developer, but should feel comfortable with coding and hands on. They should be willing to do Proof of concepts.

Who worked as a real architect and architected and designed systems/solutions. Not looking for some one who worked as project manager, single point of contact for client and also an architect. We are looking for a deep technical expert.

Good educational background and preferably from a good product company

Has a personality with strong communication/articulation skills, confidence, can engage in a rational conversation with senior leaders across the globe
