Senior Manager - Due Diligence

Operations :

- Leading the Due Diligence business function at TACT India including Operations, Delivery, Client Relationships and Business Development

- Managing the complete delivery cycle of business through controlling the regional teams, allocating tasks and ensuring delivery through handling on ground operations

- Carrying out Due Diligence assignments on own as well as through the team members. Making own reports and sanitizing the final Due Diligence reports prepared by the team members

- Extensive traveling across India for operations as well as business development

- Sending the final reports to Client and handling all subsequent queries

- Training the Due Diligence team on the Due Diligence process

- Carrying out Due Diligence of Vendors, Contract Manufacturers, Distributors and other Business Associates of the client

- Financial analysis to assess profitability, working capital needs and fund raising capability of subject Companies

- Building processes to scale up the operations and to cater to the evolving needs of the clients

- Responsible for P&L account of the Due Diligence business function

Corporate Sales :

- Identifying prospective clients, preparing proposals, finalizing scope of business, negotiating commercials and closing business deals

- Understanding needs of the prospective clients and offering solution through existing or developing new service

Key Skill Sets :

- Strong communication and analytical skills, Team Management, Financial analysis of Companies to include Ratio Analysis and Trend Analysis, Client Interaction and Corporate Sales

Qualifications and Experience :

- MBA Finance Graduates from Top Tier I MBA Schools along with a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (preferably)

- 2-5 years of experience in operations and leading teams
