I. HR Analytics
- Report multiple KPIs for hiring and share with leadership and business stake holders on a regular basis
- Get insights from hiring dashboard and interpret them to help businesses make critical hiring decisions
- Generate detailed hiring reports from SF RCM and share with TA head and other HR leaders on a weekly basis
- Liaison with HRBP's and recruiters and help them with hiring related data on an ad-hoc basis
- Help with TA related inputs for leadership meetings like HR Council, Shared Gaols Review, Board meeting etc.
II. Governance
- Monitor and track health of TA functions: regular audit of Hiring process by monitoring the audit trail and report deficiency and deviance in terms of process adherence and adoption
- Support external auditors with documents and information during annual audit activity
- Monitor Background Verification process for new hires and insufficiencies arising thereof
- Help BU recruiters with process related queries on day-to-day basis
- Prepare, maintain, and upgrade process documents for Vendor management, background verification, recruitment and Internal Job Posting
- Re-define and improve Hiring processes as needed
III. HR Tech
- Provide support to hiring managers, recruiters and HRBPs with RCM related queries
- Liaison with HR tech team to resolve issues related to RCM and or related systems
- Partner with HRSS team to address queries pertaining to onboarding process
- Keep an eye on latest technology trends in TA and work with HR Tech team to provide inputs
IV. Vendor Management
- Monitor and resolve any subscription related issue with LinkedIn and Naukri.com
- Ensure timely renewal of subscriptions
- Onboard vendors (recruiting) and take care of renewal as and when required
- Maintain and update vendor management process
V. Other responsibilities
- Prepare the annual TA budget
- Provide inputs pertaining to TA for various projects whenever required
- Align training sessions for recruiters as a part of capability building initiative
