T24 Functional Leader - Banking Domain

Job Profile:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for T24 Corporate Lending / T24 Trade Finance / T24 Islamic Banking implementations.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical designs for the Temenos T24 core banking system.

- Configure and customize T24 modules to meet specific business needs in Corporate Lending / Trade Finance / Islamic Banking domains.

- Work closely with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of functional requirements within the T24 platform.

- Conduct system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to validate the implemented solutions.

- Provide technical expertise and support during the T24 implementation lifecycle, including data migration, system integration, and deployment activities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth project delivery.

- Participate in workshops, meetings, and training sessions to facilitate knowledge transfer and enhance user understanding of T24 functionalities.

- Assist in post-implementation activities, including user training, documentation, and ongoing support for T24 Corporate Lending / Trade Finance / Islamic Banking modules.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to T24 banking solutions, actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred)

- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in techno-functional roles, with a focus on Temenos T24 Corporate Lending / Trade Finance / Islamic Banking implementations.

- In-depth understanding of T24 core banking modules, particularly in the areas of Corporate Lending, Trade Finance, or Islamic Banking.

- Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing T24 modules to support complex banking processes and workflows.

- Strong technical skills in Temenos T24 architecture, including database structures, data models, and integration frameworks.

- Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages for data analysis and manipulation.

- Experience in conducting system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing for T24 implementations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

- Relevant certifications in Temenos T24 or related technologies would be a plus.

- Willingness to travel as required for project engagements.
