- Team Leadership:

1. Lead and mentor a tax professionals' team.

2. Ensure team's productivity and development.

- Client Relations:

1. Be the primary client contact for tax matters.

2. Build strong client relationships and address their tax concerns.

- Client Acquisition:

1. Develop strategies for acquiring new clients.

2. Collaborate with business development / tender team to generate leads.

- Tax Expertise:

1. Stay updated on tax laws.

2. Offer tax planning solutions and review filings.

Qualifications:

1. Qualified CA.

2. Proven taxation experience, including managerial roles.

3. Strong leadership and client management skills.

4. In-depth tax knowledge.
