REPORTING INTO: Managing Director
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage processes and systems for customer related operations. Creating new processes and ensuring implementation of the same
- Heading CRM department - Overall responsibility for meeting collection targets. Setting up of processes for customer interaction, ensuring sales team follow the guidelines outlined for sales, handling customer related escalations
- Assisting MD with various analytics, MIS and management reporting related to sales and collections
- Coordinating with finance on various financial issues related to customers
Requirements
- Recruit will be heading a team of around 10 employees, hence leadership abilities are required. Team player with ability to work across departments.
- Very strong in MIS and Technology with exposure to SAP/ERP or similar systems
- Understanding of basic finance and basics of taxation
- Organizational background, ideally having worked in a developer or consultant.
Educational Qualifications
- MBA/Graduate
- Minimum experience of 4 years in real estate sector, preferably in customer facing roles
