About the role: Your role would be to define and build the catalog on the commerce platform. This would require; - Identifying the right category/ product mix selling on the E-Commerce platform, - Signing up sellers and building a seller base to source catalog from, - Establishing Brand partnerships, - Managing Brand and seller accounts to drive Business for the platform. Skills needed: - Problem-solving- Ability to identify the right set of sellers and Brands to work with - Communication- Ability to communicate the value proposition of the platform to sellers and Brands - Relationship building- Build a meaningful and lasting relationship with sellers and Brands to benefit both the platform and the sellers/ Brands - Team work and commitment - be part of and collaborate with the key team building the platform What you get - Work directly with the founding team of the company - Be involved in defining the growth story of a start-up that is set to change the way India shops - Define the scope, magnitude, and impact of your work Qualifications / experience required - A graduate/ Post graduate from a reputed college - 2+ years of experience in a category management role in E-Commerce platforms/ multibrand retail - 4+ years of total experience - Knowledge of beauty/cosmetics industry is added advantage but not a requirement
