Responsibilities:


- Work with US based enterprises to oversee their engagement with Systems Plus - in captive and consulting businesses.


- Provide strategic guidance to global customers on how they can achieve their business objectives through technology and outsourcing.


- Get deeply involved in mission critical digital transformation projects for the customer to drive overall success.


- Find new business opportunities within existing customers by navigating the organization and building meaningful relationships.


- Become a trusted partner in getting things done (from a technology perspective).


- Ensure customers are getting the most value from their technology infrastructure.


- Partner with software vendors to improve their relationship with our customers.


Experience and Skills Required:


- Masters in a Technology related field or MBA from a US college


- 2+ years work experience in a technology consulting role in the US


- Develop relationships with VP and C level roles within customers


- Willing to travel to the US to meet customers at least twice a year


- Excellent verbal and written communication


- Understanding of software fundamentals i.e. databases, ETL, APIs etc.


- Experience interviewing and hiring candidates in various technology related roles


- Ability to create well formatted presentations


- Self starter and can-do attitude is a must
