HR Product Owner (Systems Manager)

Experience: 10+

Locations: Banglore

Primary Skills: Product Lead / Manager's experience, front end customer interaction to demonstrate thought leadership in HCM, People onboarding, streamline the backlog across various groups, report the progress & periodically democratize the value realization. Challenge the statusquo & create function ownership

Secondary Skills: Good exposure with any HRMS, ATS (SaaS). E.g. Naukri RMS, Ceipal, Zoho, Oracle HCM, DarwinBox HRMS, Zimyo

HR Program Manager / Product Owner

This position is responsible for providing vision, leadership, planning, project coordination and management for the development of a cost-effective human resources management system (HRMS) while concurrently facilitating efficient operations to meet current and future business needs within the HR organization.

Responsible for analysing and directing all functional related activities within the scope of the HRMS. This position is accountable for ensuring continuity and successful delivery of functional services to users throughout the organization.

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Build a long-term strategy, create budgets and execute per plan

- Foster and maintain positive relationships with HRMS constituents, including senior management and the HRMS customer base.

- Work with HR process owners and users in translating their needs to ensure effective definition and delivery of HRMS applications.

- Lead the HRMS team in managing the day-to-day activities to support the HR and other interrelated functions.

- Provide overall prioritization of work assignments and management of functional team resources and their activities.

- Build and maintain a strong functional HRMS team through effective recruiting, training, coaching, team building and succession planning.

- Responsible for ensuring training and enablement of users

- Promote proactive approaches using the HRMS to solve business needs/problems while also enhancing the understanding and acceptance of the HRMS capabilities.

- Plan, budget and forecast HRMS needs and applications. Maintain awareness of vendor plans and the potential impact of those plans on current and future HRMS functionality.

Required Skills/Abilities:

- Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion HRMS or any similar enterprise products.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

- Working knowledge of Agile tools and JIRA
