1. Conducting Market research by identifying new leads, potential, new industries and segments

2. Analyze performance of sales team, region wise, product wise, customer wise

3. Research and execute sales growth strategies

4. Improve customer retention and satisfaction

5. Work on making the sales process more effective

6. Actively interact with customers, be able to represent the company to big and small accounts

7. Monitor order positions, dispatch positions and payment actively thereby planning future pipeline of orders.

8. Identify new markets and opportunities for sales through new product development, new market, tie-ups, and collaborations.
