Job Objective
The person will be part BCS sales team, and will work with the local SI's / Business Partners in West India. He/ She will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, and driving penetration of Honeywell ECC BCS offerings.
Products include: ECC, BMS and Maxom Products like:
- Structured wiring systems
- Security alarm
- Video surveillance
- Residential combustion control
- Thermostat & Control
- Switch (You see in homes or Shopping Mall offices)
- Customized heating and cooling systems in Big Building & Offices
- Light (Tubes bulbs plug etc)
- Cables wire used in building
- Lifts /elevators
Responsibilities:
Sales Operation:
- Handle sales through Systems Integrators/HVAC Contractors/Turnkey Contractors/Strategic Customers
- Plan and Forecast based on sales trends and project pipeline
- Timely updation of SFDC, usage of QMS
- Achievement of assigned targets, AOP (Sales GM)
- Creating Value through Lock In Specification Work- with Consultants
- Work closely with Pre Sales Tech Support & Marketing Teams on - end to end- support of Sales Process.
- BMS Order Techno Commercial Negotiation, Finalization & Delivery, in short - Order to Cash- .
- Conceptualize and implement innovative plans for accomplishment of pre-designated targets from the assigned territories, markets
- Implement & measure BCS - Multi Brand-Multi Channel Strategy
- Evaluate & Arrange Training for SI's, Customers
- Implement pricing strategies including bundling, volume discounts etc for distributors/dealers
- Direct end-user engagements
- Work closely with the other functional teams (tech support, commercial & Marketing) to ensure focus on customers
- Ensure timely completion of all reports & formats for the geographical territory allocated
- Ensure timely collection of all outstanding receivables. Help in resolving all outstanding reconciliation issues on a periodic basi
Network Expansion/Business Development :
- Handle all business development activities
- Expand base of Integrators/Distributors
- Identify and network with strong and reliable dealers/ channel partners resulting in deeper market penetration and reach.
Marketing:
- Impart product/technical training to Integrator/distributor's sales team
- Deliver all types of communications with new schemes, plans etc to Integrator/Distributor
- Organize and manage promotional campaigns and events
Market Intelligence and Analysis:
- Continuously monitor developments in the market & competition activities, and ensure timely communication to branch head
- Meet select end-customers regularly and obtain feedback
Knowledge of - Green Building Rating System.
