We are seeking experienced Finance personnel to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the Indian Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (IGAAP) framework and a proven track record in the analysis of financial statements. You will play a crucial role in financial planning and budgeting, treasury management, project management, and maintaining effective communication with investors, auditors, and the management team. This is an in-office position based out of Indiranagar, Bangalore. Responsibilities: - IGAAP Expertise: Demonstrate a sound understanding of the IGAAP framework and apply it effectively in the analysis of financial statements. - Financial Planning and Budgeting: Lead the financial planning and budgeting processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. - Treasury Management: Manage and optimize the company's liquidity, cash flow, and investments to support overall financial stability. - Project Management: Oversee financial aspects of key projects, ensuring financial goals are met and providing strategic financial insights. - Investor Coordination: Establish and maintain effective communication with investors, providing timely and accurate financial information and addressing inquiries. - Auditor and Management Coordination: Collaborate with auditors for statutory and internal audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Work closely with the management team to address financial concerns and implement improvements. - Management Reports and MIS: Prepare comprehensive management reports and Management Information System (MIS) to facilitate informed decision-making. - Taxation and Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on Indian taxation laws, FEMA regulations, and the Companies Act, ensuring compliance and advising the management on relevant financial matters.
