The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for the well-being of our social media presence, including best practices, analytics, and branding; will collaborate and assist in social media traffic driving and follower growth.  Role & Responsibilities:   - Social Media Campaign Development and Management: Design and manage a variety of social media campaigns from conception to creative to execution to analytics  - Organizational Support : Train and inspire individual members of the organization to utilize social media; evangelize social media best practices; ensure that company social media policies are well-socialized, are adhered to, and remain in compliance.  - Follower Growth and Engagement: Establish, monitor, and facilitate consistent and compelling conversations with followers across relevant social media platforms.  - Campaign Development : Analyze social media campaigns and profiles and test and optimize for greater conversions and reach.  Prerequisites:   - 5+ years experience in digital/interactive marketing at an agency or client-side OR in digital journalism, with experience in social media  - Experience managing social profiles or other online communities, including analytics, moderation and influencer identification  - Superior oral and written communication skills  - Strong project management skills  - Excellent problem solving abilities and detail orientation  - Excellent public speaking and presentation skills  - A working style that is rooted in ownership, passion, teamwork, innovation, and collaboration  - MBA from a top tier college or university; BA or BS degree required.
