The segmentation and analytics manager is a key position within the organization and is responsible for creating and maintaining a database of qualified targeted enterprise organizations as well as providing engagement analytics on these targets.  ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES  Contact Discovery: Manage targeting processes, including mining for information, building and maintaining database, and assessing ROI.   Market Analytics: Provide actionable information from advanced statistical modeling, data mining, segmentation and quantitative analyses with the goals of identifying and assessing market opportunity.   Targeting Strategy: Partner with business leaders to define and execute targeting and segmentation strategy.   CRM and Marketing Automation Support: Partner with various teams to maintain database integrity, cleanse data, and ensure quality of information, communicate process change, and act as front line support for users.   System Administration: Manage a wide range of in-house and third-party applications; work with leadership to identify system and analytics requirements, data input and maintenance process.   Technology Selection: Document business requirements and expected outcomes, and map these to appropriate technology through a vendor/solution approval process   QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS  5+ years managing CRM systems and processes in a global B2B organization   3+ years of data mining experience and strong knowledge of advanced online data sourcing techniques  3+ years of experience in B2B marketing for large professional services, business process outsourcing (BPO), or software as a service firms  Experience integrating marketing and sales applications with other enterprise applications, as well as internal and external data sources  Thorough knowledge of marketing and sales automation technologies such as Eloqua, Marketo, MS Dynamics, and/or Salesforce.com  Outstanding data analysis and presentation skills, including experience deploying self-service capabilities in reporting/BI tools  A working style that is rooted in ownership, passion, teamwork, innovation, and collaboration  MBA from a top tier college or university preferred; BA or BS degree required, preferably in computer science or information technology
