Using the right change management techniques to guide our clients through a seamless programme of activity which ensures the smooth running of our technology-enabled transformation projects.  - Should have strong F&A Domain Experience across - O2C, P2P, R2R, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, etc.  - Straddle multiple roles involved in building a consulting practice including commercial and operating models, business development, client relationship management, team building, mentorship and project oversight  - Contribute to developing and executing on the global strategy for the RPA Consulting practice  - Own the solution design and operations for F&A across all industry verticals, and responsible implementing the solutions  - Enabling automation/technologies, organization and people change and controls enhancement  - Rigorous programme and project management with financial control while also covering risk/issue management and transparent communication with senior client executives  Job Responsibilities:  - Key deliverables included Process Consulting, Creating Proactive Proposals, Driving New Opportunities, Account Management and Responding to RFPs  - To bring industry knowledge, world class capabilities, innovation and cutting-edge RPA technologies to our clients along the F&A spectrum to help them raise their performance to new heights.  - Source benchmarks and insights across the broad spectrum  - Work with sales and relationship team to create commercial proposals for existing and new clients  - Lead client-site Diagnostics and Transformation initiatives, act as coach and mentor to Syntel and client teams  - Working with clients who operate global business services/shared services (SSCs) and other retained finance operations and supporting them to deliver digital finance transformation.  - Articulate the vision and value proposition to senior level clients (process and automation transformation) specifically targeting clients with global business services and/or SSCs.  We- re looking for people who love building great relationships with clients, and who naturally engender trust from those they work with.
