- Manage creative campaigns throughout the creative strategy- execution lifecycle
- Facilitate project execution & operation thru the entire concept & activation phase by working with CFT team across US and India
- Work on the In-Store design team to make shopping experience at Target unique
- Should have a good knowledge of print production and checking artworks
- Act as the single-point-of-contact between US Client Management team & Target in India Marketing CFT teams (Copywriting, Art Direction, User Experience, Quality Assurance, Accessibility, Media Operations, Media Trading & Optimization, & UI Engineering) and lead projects thru the entire concept & activation phase
- Help team to unlock potentials and look for new business areas
- Facilitate process management and associated communication with internal stakeholders
- Review & analyze campaign requirements, setup campaign/creative briefing forum, facilitate ideation and brainstorming sessions
- Monitor & control the transition of campaign creatives / projects in each milestone
- Oversee project pipeline & operational health for assigned category through appropriate workflow management tools
- Create & maintain documentation, prepare & share status reports / dashboards to appropriate stakeholders at set intervals
- Be a thought and execution leader in your area of expertise and have the ability to closely work with and drive the team towards superior creative execution
- Identify, research, analyze and manage risks & interdependencies within projects / systems / resource changes and formulate appropriate plans
- Contribute towards process improvements, documentation of processes, standards and guidelines
- Apply problem solving skills and think critically to create opportunities for innovation
Requirements
- 8+ years total experience with 6+ years as Senior Brand Manager, Social Media Manager, Senior Project Manager, Account Head (Ad-Agencies), Client Servicing Head(Ad-Agencies) in Retail/Fashion/FMCG brands
- Graduate/PostGraduate in any discipline (preferably Communication, Management) or equivalent
- Open for new and innovative process
- Bold to take decisions
- Experience of retail and in-store marketing will be a bonus
- Ability to manage and execute multiple projects at the same time
- Exceptional communication skills across all settings, ability to tailor message as appropriate
- Resourceful and able to work independently on filling in gaps of information
- Able to demonstrate flexibility in approach and adapt to changing priorities and requirements
- Proficient in client management across geographies
- Strategic thinker, strong initiative and attentive to detail
