Role Purpose :

- Develop solutions to support Commercial units on business enhancement

- Support development of the Go to market Strategy

Business accountabilities :

- Create cost effective solutions to support the commercial units both for the existing and for the new locations with large scale pre launch demos and support scaling new assets

- Drive technical validation of value propositions of Syngenta protocol solutions, in line with the territory strategy priorities

- Ensure that effective governance and mechanism is in place for agronomy knowledge and for effective compliant handling

- Support in new version trials and new opportunity (crop/pest) trials

- Strong co-ordination with other employees in the commercial unit for effective business delivery

- Any other responsibilities as assigned by senior managers from time to time including Country/CU projects.

Critical knowledge :

- Post graduate Agriculture or allied fields / MBA with marketing & sales experience

- Through technical understanding of crop, pest, solutions and technologies as required for the role

- Sales and Marketing principles, robust understanding of channel management and customer strategy

- Project management skills

Critical Experience :

- Proven track record in marketing and sales management (minimum 5 years)

- Proven leadership skills

- Proven track record in being a good team player and team management skills

- Strong ability to understand customer needs, structure and business drivers

Salary range - 8-14 LPA
