Purpose: - To manage the Procure to Pay Transactional Delivery teams operating from the Pune GFO, ensuring smooth execution of procure to pay processes, including supplier payments, Service and Procurement Desks and Invoice, T&amp;E processing. To secure compliance with Syngenta internal policies and control framework; - Line Management of approx. 12 P2P Team Leads - To drive continuous review of processes and ways of working to optimize team efficiency and to identify/implement improvements to positively impact key performance indicators. - Work collaboratively with counterparts in Americas FO, CG delivery centres and the Global/Regional Service Delivery teams to ensure a continuous improvement in process execution. Accountabilities -&nbsp; - Overall accountability for the P2P transactional services delivered to the business from the Pune GFO - Manage the GFO Procure to Pay Transactional Team Leads, delegating tasks, supporting and supervising the team leads with their overall service performance targets. - Support the team leads to secure GSM adherence, as well as building their knowledge of country exceptions to minimize business disruption. Provide Team Leads with an environment to identify better ways of working in GFO and across centre boundaries. - Secure process coverage across countries and enable cross-country knowledge development to ensure smooth processes even during P2P transformation activity, absences or rotations. - Embed continuous improvement approach in the ways of working - Work collaboratively with Regional Procure to Pay Service Delivery Teams to identify and propose actions to improve performance. - Work collaboratively with Global Service Lead to deliver P2P strategy into the GFO. - Support the business with P2P transformation activities which have direct impact on Pune GFO P2P transactional operations (not clear) - Continuously work with leadership and stakeholders to establish/evolve governance process and monitor progress, risks/issues and barriers in order to create appropriate mitigation strategies. Provide input and support on multiple tactical process and technology initiatives with the view to realize the longer-term overall vision of GFO. People Development -&nbsp; - Develop and maintain high level of Procure to Pay transactional performance and compliance capability in the team, paying particular attention to fostering a service mindset and compliance culture through training and other relevant initiatives across the GFO transactional teams. - Attract, develop and retain the right capabilities in the Procure to Pay GFO team and manage direct reports effectively. - Provide opportunities for the team members to be exposed to different processes, exceptions and countries, providing both opportunities for development and securing business continuity. Experience required for the job - 10 years of relevant experience in multinational or big local companies with clear and established finance processes. - SAP or Equivalent ERP hands on Knowledge desired. - Relevant experience and qualification in Finance and management. - Track record of compliance culture maintenance and enforcement. - Good working knowledge of finance processes. - Good understanding of business end-to-end processes and internal controls necessary to safeguard the Company's assets. - Ability to effectively function in a complex multi-dimensional, multi-cultural matrix organization. - Ability to manage diverse stakeholders and to work in connection with remote and multicultural teams. - Strong and effective communication in relation to key stakeholders, including senior managers at the country, territory, region and global levels.
