Job title: Senior Finance Analyst Qualification: Chartered Accountant/MBA finance with 5 to 7 years- experience, experience in Banking is preferred. Key Responsibilities: - Preparing Daily/Monthly/Weekly cash and Fund forecast and placing the surplus cash in fixed deposit - Monitoring bank signatory changes and get the same update in respective bank accounts - Preparing Board resolutions relating to approval of treasury activities - Review the credit existing credit facilities and modify the same if required - End to end review of the amounts due to be paid and received on imports and exports - Review the draft LCs along with the PO/ Performa invoice &amp; give approval for final LC - Prepare application letters to share with the banks in order to enable banks to apply for RBI approvals - Confirmation on the receivables and payables for intercompany transactions - Get open items from the bank and push for closure - If the FX exposure crosses the approved threshold, need to cover the FX exposure via hedging - Onboarding of dealers on dealer financing program by following these: - Ascertain the eligibility for dealers and accordingly share the list with the bank - Coordinate the documentation completion for eligible dealers and limit loading for sanctioned cases - Help in resolving the exceptions - Make the drawdown for the open invoices - Coordinate with banks to issue BG and LC as asked for by various teams (like IDP/ Sales etc) - Certify in the cadence tool the month-end balance for GLs tagged to treasury before WD 17. - Attend BS recon calls with CG and FO teams to explain the reasons for certifications done above - Prepare reports/ obtain information/ get solutions etc from banks for matters or issues raised by teams like EXIM/ DT/IDT/ Legal/ Auditors etc - Attend meetings with existing bankers to understand the market and explore any new solutions/ review of existing banking services and highlight pain points. Meet with new core bankers to check whether we can get any better services and if required go for new banking arrangements. - Obtaining insurance cover for company fixed assets/ current assets/ transit insurance etc. Renewal of the existing covers. - Coordinate for making the successful insurance claim if the need arises.
