Role purpose :

- To achieve the annual sales target by implementing annual sales plan through distributors and dealers. Commercial customer handling such as collection plan, handling field promotion expenses. Handle team of sales organizers for infield promotion.

- Implementing downstream marketing ( Go to market ) plans such as, pre commercial trials of new products, new product introduction, establish these new products, conducting field promotional activities such as pre sowing campaigns and field days and field trips.

- Competitors information - Such as new product performance, pricing, ABS, Schemes & activities.

- Customer Relation management: segmented retailers management, Plan and provide post sale services to customers to create the success stories, customer complaint handling. Legal matter handling.

- Achieve sales plan in the territory across the crops.

- To gain / maintain leading position of the company by creating pull for product assortment at grass root level.

- Effective customer relationship management and maintain brand image.

- Introduction and establishment of new products for future growth.

Responsibilities :

- Financial scope : Achieve sales plan for the year for the territory.

- Direct people responsibility : Team of sales organizers (field staff),

- To achieve sales bud by implementing area coverage plan

- Ensure sales and collection as per monthly forecast.

- To ensure effective market coverage with distributors and retailers.

- Implement field promotional activities through training of FA/SO pre sowing campaigns, field days, field trips and exhibitions.

- Implement after sales service to ensure success stories with key products in his territory.

- Handling of customer complaints.

- Stock monitoring and liquidation at retailers and distributor level.

Required :

- B.Sc / M.Sc / MBA Agriculture or allied fields

- Min. 2 years experience in Agri input sales in Crop Protection / Field Crop / Vegetable Seeds

- Exposure to multiple crops / geography

Salary Range: 5-10 LPA
