Syngenta - Data Architect

Purpose :

- Define and contribute to development of vision and direction for business architecture in Syngenta

About this Job :

- Build depth and help develop business architecture vision(s)

- Study, observe and recommend architectures based on internal and external practices in industry and science

- Develop hypothesis, evaluations and approaches to determine the right architectures within key domains

- Apply the waterfall concepts to create a comprehensive view of architecture

- Organize and lead small diverse teams comprised of internal, external and specialist consultants

- Build depth in one or more business strategy areas

- Build depth in one or more business or science technology areas

- Network, learn and challenge in pursuit of continuous architectural evolution

Qualifications :

Essential Knowledge & Experience :

- Demonstrated experience in a combination of technology architecture, design, deployment and business strategy development

- Experience in one or more domain area ranging from applied sciences, research and development, commercial, supply chain, finance, technology management and corporate support functions

Qualifications :

- Relevant degree in technical or business expertise areas, including bachelors and Masters levels.

- Experience in significant science, global architecture, design, technology development and business transformation initiatives
