Responsibilities:
Employee Experience: To deliver the high level of employee experience in the area of HR Shared services. Should be able to bring fresh ideas and industry best practices to take the employee experience to next level.
Operational excellence: Contribute in bringing the concept of data democratization and maintain the high degree of accuracy, security and integrity and manage error free personal data base to support Syngene in its objective of being a strong data driven organization. Managing DBMS(SAP), personal file management etc.

- Statutory compliance
- Employee Master data Management
- Offboarding Process
- Business analytics and Artificial intelligence: Support in creating inferential dashboards, Smart reports, Monthly Management Information reports for business to take the fact based decisions.
- Providing ad-hoc administrative support to any of the other HR functions, as necessary and in line with business requirements
Technical requirements:
SAP HR Module
Expertise should include Microsoft Office - especially MS Excel, PowerPoint

Qualification:
- MBA in Human Resource Management
- Experience: 03 to 05 years
