Designation: Manager, Research IT & Information Sciences

Job Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

- 6+ years of experience delivering pharma/biotech research systems/solutions in an enterprise environment

- Good understanding of research processes including discovery chemistry, in vitro/in vivo studies and sample management

- Familiarity with laboratory automation and integration

- Solid understanding of software development practices and comfort acting as a product owner

- Demonstrated experience partnering with Research functions, running steering team meetings, developing training plans, and driving user adoption

- Experience in business analysis, processing mapping, strategic roadmaps, and digital transformation

- Proven experience with numerous Research informatics systems (ELN, LIMS, registries, chemical drawing and analysis tools, etc.)

- Experience managing technical vendors and outsourced providers

- BTech/MTech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Biotechnology or equivalent required.
