Syngene - Manager - Client Relationship

JOB PURPOSE (Briefly describe the objectives of the job):

- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within the client companies. Conducting daily quality management system reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their projects, products, and services. The incumbent will be responsible to meet or contact with clients, updating them about the progress of projects, compliance to quality elements, update on any challenges, and coordinate to execute solutions and CAPA.

- The incumbent should have a good understanding of the key drivers for specific client relationships and understanding of customer expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The incumbent should be responsible for:

- Meet or contact with clients to establish their needs

- Collect client feedback about their experience on quality compliance

- Develop relationships with clients and key personnel

- Elevate complaints and feedback to the relevant departments

- Be the single point in any quality-related escalation or client issues

- Cultivate lasting relationships with clients, seeking ways to increase customer satisfaction

- Should ensure timely communication to clients and should be able to manage conflict as well as manage technical aspects of a project.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

- Master's in science or M. Pharm with 6-9 years

TECHNICAL /FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:

- Prior to working knowledge of the quality function and key deliverable from various quality teams

- The person with good problem-solving skills

- Well versed with project management tools and processes

- Can multitask and manage multiple projects at the same time
