BD Manager
We seek a tech savvy Business Development Manager with project management skills to work with customers in India to identify business opportunities, sell foundry services and work with designated foundries and the customers in ensuring successful completion of projects.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Develop, communicate and drive overall strategy for assigned accounts
- Work closely with the client to understand client roadmaps, and to identify and secure engagement opportunities.
- Meet or exceed Sales Revenue, Design Win Revenue and Tape Out Revenue targets
- Develop business proposals in response to RFI/RFQs, and drive necessary internal alignment and approvals from key stakeholders
- At the direction of the Management, negotiate formal business agreements
- Participate in operation, engineering and business review meetings
- Conduct weekly customer face to face or tele-conference meetings to resolve tactical issues
- Develop a high level of customer intimacy with client's sourcing and business units
- Process quotes, forecast and product disposition in a timely manner
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited College and/or University in Engineering and Technology, with an MBA will be an added advantage.
- 7 plus years of experience and knowledge of the Semiconductor Industry, preferably selling foundry services to ASIC customers in logic and high voltage applications
- 5 plus years of experience in Sales Operations or Business Operations
- Analog/Mixed signal IC design experience is preferred
- Travel Requirements : Domestic 25% and up to 4 annual international trips.
- Language Fluency : English (Written & Verbal)

- Working of knowledge of CRM tools
- Solid program management experience
