Educational Qualification - MBA with a HR Specialization / Masters in HR from a reputed academic institution - Any reputed certifications/courses in the area training and development will be an added advantage Key Responsibility Areas - Learning &amp; Development - 60% - Employee Engagement &amp; CSR - 30% - Support in other HR activities - 10% Learning &amp; Development: - Lead the planning, designing and execution of the Learning &amp; Development Programs to help create and sustain a high performing organizational culture at Synergy - Develop and implement the Annual Training Calendar - Develop plans to upgrade technical and behavioral competencies of all employees in line with Synergy's budget and Synergy's and its employees- development and learning needs - Formulate and implement training policies and procedures, identify training needs and develop training programs - Design most effective learning solutions for Synergy - In- House and with Expert Third Parties - Strategize training programs for high effectiveness in terms of participant spread, timing/schedule, effectiveness/success measurement, repeat sessions/frequency etc. - Conduct post-training evaluations of training - Integrate training with various processes recruitment, knowledge sharing, induction etc. Employee Engagement : - Lead the development and delivery of Employee Engagement Program - Develop new and innovative ways to engage with employees, including seeking and acting on their feedback to identify the most effective methods - Keep a pulse on all employees to ensure that Synergy is delivering excellence in the employee experience through one-on-one interactions and employee engagement surveys - Hold regular Employee Focus Groups to seek views and feedback from the core finance team - Conduct exit interviews per established procedures and recommend actions to Management to address concerns - Organize various internal and external events like: celebrations, festivals, contests, annual offsite, annual business plan meeting, CSR initiatives etc. - Successfully run various internal ongoing programs/initiatives at both local and global level Threshold skills and capabilities required : - Experience / expertise in Learning and Development is desirable - Excellent communication and relationship management skills - facilitation, feedback, influencing &amp; presentation skills - Proven experience in dealing with sensitive issues in a complex, rapidly changing environment - Ability to build trust, relationships, and credibility quickly with people in various roles at all levels of the organization - The track record for delivering results through successful program design and implementation - High proficiency with Microsoft Office - Ability to work under pressure and multi-task - Quick learner - Ability to work in multicultural environments and multidisciplinary teams - A high degree of rigor and attention to detail
