Synergy Consulting - Associate - Financial Advisory

Develop knowledge and deliver high quality work under guidance of senior members in following areas in order to meets clients' expectations on timeliness, accuracy and completeness

1) Develop and audit high-end, complex financial models by analysing key business drivers and conducting scenario and sensitivity analysis in order to ensure compliance with project documents and applicable accounting & taxation practices as well as achieve international quality standards

2) Conduct business valuations and investment analysis through due diligence and valuations exercises in order to evaluate businesses for investment opportunities

3) Review project documents to assess the commercial and contractual implications, under various contracts, specifically for Project Financing structures

- Support in design and development of solutions for clients by gathering information, conducting analysis in order to enable design of best solutions for clients

- Prepare reports, information memoranda, summary and presentations as required by the nature of assignments

- Participate in negotiations of commercial and contractual aspects of the projects with banks/financial institutions, contractors, and other third parties under the guidance of senior members.

1-2 years of relevant work experience with banks or funds or similar advisory entities.

Experience in infra/ project finance is preferable.
